目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中Survivin蛋白和FZD10的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测22例骨肉瘤(实验组)组织及11例骨软骨瘤(对照组)组织中抑凋亡蛋白Survivin及血管内皮生长因子FZD10的表达水平,分析其与骨肉瘤发生的相关性。结果 Survivin蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤组织中的表达为64%(14/22)和0(0/11)(P<0.05);FZD10蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤组织中的表达为82%(18/22)和9%(1/11)(P<0.05);并且蛋白表达和肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关;结论 Survivin蛋白和FZD10蛋白的高表达与骨肉瘤的发生发展密切相关。两者的表达具有相关性可作为诊断骨肉瘤,判断其恶性程度的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin protein and FZD10 in osteosarcoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SP method) was used to detect the expression of Survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor FZD10 in 22 cases of osteosarcoma (experimental group) and 11 cases of osteochondroma (control group). The correlation of osteosarcoma occurrence. Results The expression of Survivin protein in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma tissues was 64% (14/22) and 0 (0/11) (P<0.05). The expression of FZD10 protein in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma was 82%. (18/22) and 9% (1/11) (P<0.05); and there was a positive correlation between protein expression and the degree of malignancy of the tumor; Conclusions The high expression of Survivin protein and FZD10 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma. The correlation between the two expressions can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis of osteosarcoma and its degree of malignancy.
