男生1000米和女生800米跑是一项对速度和耐力要求较高的运动项目,在练习过程中学生往往会产生厌烦、不愿尽力跑的现象,直接影响教学任务的完成。很多体育教师认为其教学是一项比较难教的内容,但同时中长跑能使心脏收缩力加强,提高心脏供血能力,促进心脏、肺、血液循环系统的发展,提高有氧代谢能力,是培养学生坚强的意志、顽强的毅力和坚持到底勇于克服困难的精神的好教材,在很多地区的中考体育中将其列为必考项目。因此更应该知难而进来发展这项运动,笔者发掘出一些适合中长跑的教学方法与大家共飧。
