心脏是由无数个独立的心肌细胞通过缝隙连接形成的一个功能性合胞体。心肌细胞间的电耦联是心脏“全或无”性动作电位传导和机械收缩的先决条件。缺氧、缺血、药物、细胞内外离子浓度的改变以及激素等因素可直接或间接地影响心肌细胞间的电耦联,从而导致心脏功能的改变。
The heart is a functional syncytia formed by numerous innate cardiomyocytes connected through the gap. Electrical coupling between cardiomyocytes is a prerequisite for heart “all or nothing” action potential conduction and mechanical contraction. Hypoxia, ischemia, drugs, changes in intracellular and extracellular ion concentrations and hormones can directly or indirectly affect the electrical coupling between myocardial cells, resulting in changes in cardiac function.
