研究了白檀油的理化性质和以该油制备生物柴油的工艺。结果表明:白檀出油率为20.0%;白檀油是以含棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸为主的油脂,其中不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达76.74%以上;白檀油脂理化性质、脂肪酸组成及质量分数符合生物柴油要求;应用L9(34)正交试验得出白檀油酯交换反应的最佳条件为:油醇物质的量比1∶6、催化剂用量为油质量的1.2%、反应时间2 h、反应温度60℃,转化率为92.0%。对生物柴油性能检测表明,它与0#柴油的主要性能相接近,是一种理想的0#柴油的替代品。
The physical and chemical properties of white sandalwood oil and the process of preparing biodiesel from this oil were studied. The results showed that: the output of sandalwood was 20.0%; white sandalwood oil was mainly composed of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, the content of unsaturated fatty acid was above 76.74% The physical and chemical properties, fatty acid composition and mass fraction meet the requirements of biodiesel. The optimum conditions for the transesterification of P.aerugosa with L9 (34) orthogonal test were as follows: the molar ratio of oleyl alcohol to alcohol was 1: 6, the amount of catalyst was oil 1.2%, reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 60 ℃, conversion rate of 92.0%. The test of biodiesel performance shows that it is close to the main performance of 0 # diesel oil and is an ideal substitute for 0 # diesel oil.
