目的:探讨半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗难治性青光眼的效果。方法:将2009年1月~2009年11月门诊诊断为难治性青光眼的患者64例(64只眼),随机分成2组,光凝组32例,冷冻组32例作为对照。观察治疗前后视力、眼压及术后并发症,并将2组数据进行统计学分析。结果:2组患者术后1周、1个月、6个月眼压比较经统计学分析P<0.01,具有统计学意义,术后眼压光凝组低于冷冻组,视功能损害、术后并发症、眼球萎缩率及再手术率等光凝组明显低于冷冻组。结论:半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗难治性青光眼疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of semi-conductor laser transdermal ciliary body photocoagulation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods: Sixty-four patients (64 eyes) diagnosed as refractory glaucoma from January 2009 to November 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients in the photocoagulation group and 32 in the freezing group served as controls. Visual acuity, intraocular pressure and postoperative complications were observed before and after treatment, and the data of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: The intraocular pressure at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months postoperatively was statistically significant (P <0.01), with statistical significance. The intraocular pressure photocoagulation group was lower than the frozen group in visual acuity, Postoperative complications, eye atrophy and reoperation rate of photocoagulation group was significantly lower than the freezing group. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser through scleral ciliary body photocoagulation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma is affirmative, with no obvious adverse reactions, which has important clinical significance.
