利用热加工模拟试验机研究09MnNb中板在(γ+α)两相区终轧时,其变形抗力的变化规律及与显微组织之间的关系。变形抗力在两相区的高、中温区呈下降趋势,并伴有最小值,道次间应变残留率明显低于在γ低温区两道次变形。金相观察表明,钢中存在较多的α相,其动态恢复比较充分,奥氏体形变诱导相变促进了道次间γ→α相变,这是支配两相区变形抗力变化的内在因素。
The hot deformation simulation test machine 09MnNb plate in the (γ + α) two-phase zone during the final rolling, the deformation resistance changes and the relationship between the microstructure. Deformation resistance in the two-phase zone of the high and medium temperature zone showed a downward trend, accompanied by the minimum value, the residual strain rate was significantly lower than the two low-temperature γ-zone deformation. Metallographic observation shows that there are more α phases in the steel, and its dynamic recovery is quite sufficient. The transformation induced by austenite deformation promotes the γ → α transformation between the passes, which is the intrinsic factor that dominates the deformation resistance of the two-phase region .
