采用电弧炉坩埚浇铸法制备Zr50Cu40Al10三元锆基块体非晶,研究了电磁搅拌合金熔体的作用.结果表明,虽然在该方法中合金熔体是仅在重力作用下自由充填铸模型腔,但与常用的真空吸铸铜模铸造法相比,铸模对合金熔体的激冷能力并没有明显的降低.电磁搅拌可减小合金熔体与坩埚底部由于欧姆接触所造成的“晶核污染”,因而使锆基块体非晶态合金具有更宽的过冷液相区温度范围△Tx和更高的热稳定性.
