目的探究中药治疗放化疗致白细胞减少临床效果。方法 48例放化疗所致白细胞减少患者,按照住院尾号的奇偶将患者分成观察组和对照组,各24例。对照组给予强力升白片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的70.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放化疗所值白细胞减少症,通过中药治疗,可获得较好的临床效果,同时能促使患者及早康复,值得临床深入推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine in treating leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods Forty-eight patients with leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of inpatient tail number, each of 24 cases. The control group was given strong lightening tablets, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than that of control group (70.83%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The value of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for leukopenia, through the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, can get better clinical results, and can promote early recovery of patients, it is worth clinical in-depth promotion and application.
