目的:建立银杏内酯B的傅里叶变换红外光谱-拉曼光谱(FTIR-Raman)联用分析方法。方法:利用脂肪提取器对银杏叶中银杏内酯B进行提取、柱层析法纯化、烘干后进行红外光谱和拉曼光谱测定,与银杏内酯B对照品经同法结晶后测得的谱图进行比较分析。结果:样品谱图与对照品谱图特征峰峰形、峰位一致,IR谱图与Raman谱图相互补充,数据完整。结论:傅里叶变换红外光谱-拉曼光谱联用分析方法准确可靠,可用于物质的结构鉴定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ginkgolide B by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-Raman spectroscopy (FTIR-Raman). Methods: Bilobalide B in Ginkgo biloba was extracted by fat extractor, purified by column chromatography, dried and analyzed by FTIR and Raman spectroscopy. The results were compared with that of Ginkgolide B Spectrum comparison analysis. Results: The peak shape and peak position of the sample spectrum and the reference spectrum were consistent. The IR spectrum and Raman spectrum were complementary to each other and the data were complete. Conclusion: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy - Raman spectroscopy method is accurate and reliable, which can be used for material structure identification.
