目的:探讨神经前体细胞表达发育调控样基因(NEDD4L)rs3865418多态性与哈族原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法:采取以人群为基础的横断面病例-对照研究方法,采用TaqManPCR技术对rs3865418多态性在哈族自然人群中(883例;男性375例,女性508例;EH383例,对照500例)进行分型,分析其与哈族EH的相关性。结果:rs3865418多态性在878例哈族人群中成功分型,其基因型、等位基因的分布符合Hardy-Wein-berg平衡;在总体、男性及女性哈族自然人群中,rs3865418多态性的基因型、等位基因在EH组及血压正常组分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在校正了年龄、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒等影响因素后,各基因型间收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:rs3865418多态性与哈族EH不相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between NADD4L rs3865418 polymorphism and essential hypertension (EH) in Kazakh ethnic group. Methods: A population-based cross-sectional case-control study was conducted. The rs3865418 polymorphism was genotyped by TaqMan PCR in 883 Han nationality human subjects (375 males, 508 females; EH383 controls and 500 controls) Typing, analysis of its relationship with the Kazakh EH. Results: The rs3865418 polymorphism was successfully genotyped in 878 Ha ethnic groups and its genotypes and alleles were in accordance with the Hardy-Wein-berg balance. Among the overall male and female Ha ethnic groups, rs3865418 polymorphism There was no significant difference in allele distribution between EH group and normotensive group (P> 0.05). After adjusting for age, obesity, smoking, drinking and other influencing factors, there was no significant difference in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure among different genotypes (P> 0.05). Conclusion: rs3865418 polymorphism is not related to Kazakh EH.
