我院葛旦之副教授主持的由湖南省科委下达的课题“高蛋白植物提取饲料蛋白技术研究”,于4月17日在我院通过专家鉴定.专家们通过听取汇报,资料审查,现场考察后一致认为:本研究技术路线正确,试验严格,资料翔实,数据可信,技术稳定,以乳酸发酵液作为叶蛋白沉淀剂的新技术,是一项有重要意义的技术发明,达到了国际领先水平.
