用PCR技术对58例自然流产患者(自然流产组)和60例人工流产者(对照组)的胚胎组织同时进行沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体检测。结果自然流产组中沙眼衣原体感染者28例,阳性率48.3%;解脲支原体感染者17例,阳性率29.3%;两者共同感染者4例,阳性率6.9%。而对照组中沙眼衣原体感染者5例,阳性率8.3%;解脲支原体感染者3例,阳性率5%;两者共同感染者1例,阳性率1.6%。两组比较,自然流产组沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染率均明显高于对照组(P<001)。提示:沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体是引起自然流产的病因之一,两者的检测应列为产前常规检测项目
Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum were detected simultaneously by PCR in embryos of 58 cases of spontaneous abortion (spontaneous abortion group) and 60 cases of induced abortion (control group). Results In spontaneous abortion group, 28 cases were infected with Chlamydia trachomatis, the positive rate was 48.3%. Among them, 17 cases were infected with Ureaplasma urealyticum, the positive rate was 29.3%. The co-infection rate was 6.9%. In the control group, 5 cases were infected with Chlamydia trachomatis, the positive rate was 8.3%. 3 cases were infected with Ureaplasma urealyticum, the positive rate was 5%. The co-infection was found in 1 case and the positive rate was 1.6%. The infection rates of C. trachomatis and U. urealyticum in spontaneous abortion group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <001). Tip: Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum is caused by one of the causes of spontaneous abortion, the detection of both should be listed as prenatal routine test items
