我国卫生部基层卫生与妇幼保健司已经正式颁布文件,将“新生儿听力筛查技术规范”纳入到《新生儿疾病筛查技术规范》。鉴于目前听力筛查模式不完善,耳声发射筛查仪不能筛出蜗后病变,儿童期有迟发性或进行性听力损失,婴幼儿及儿童分泌性中耳炎发病率高且易合并听力损失等诸多因素,针对儿童听力损失的早期发现和早期干预,北京市卫生局率先倡导并实施了0-6岁儿童听力筛查, 取得了一定的成果。我们建议,有条件的省市和地区,可尝试在部分社区开展0-6岁儿童的听力筛查。
