沥青混合料高温稳定性影响因素诸多,包括集料性状、沥青性能和矿料级配等,通过室内试验定量分析了集料针片状颗粒含量对沥青混合料动稳定度的影响规律,同时,对沥青性能和矿料级配对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响进行了实验分析,结果表明,当针片状颗粒含量小于14%时,对沥青混合料的高温稳定性影响减缓;选用改性沥青和粗型、“S”型级配能够很好地提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性。
The influencing factors of high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture are many, including the aggregate characteristics, asphalt properties and the gradation of mineral aggregate. Through the laboratory test, the influence law of aggregate particle size on the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is quantitatively analyzed. The experimental results show that when the content of needle-like particles is less than 14%, the influence on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture slows down. The use of modified asphalt And coarse, “S ” type grading can well improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
