[目的]探讨浙江沿海水乡绍兴夏季腹泻患者病原体的种类及流行特征,为防治工作提供依据。[方法]收集浙江沿海水乡绍兴2010年6~9月的夏季感染性腹泻病人粪便标本300份,进行粪便常规检测,细菌培养,以及常见病毒核酸检测,并对病人临床资料进行分析。[结果]300份腹泻标本共分离到致泻性细菌92株,分离率为30.67%,其中副溶血弧菌33株(35.87%),嗜水气单胞菌18株(19.57%),豚鼠气单胞11株(11.96%),变形杆菌8株(8.70%),铜绿假单胞6株(6.52%)。病毒核酸阳性标本59份,检出率为19.67%。其中诺如病毒30份(50.85%),轮状病毒A组19份(32.20%),札如病毒10份(16.95%)。[结论]副溶血弧菌和气单胞菌是引起浙江沿海水乡细菌性腹泻的主要病原菌,而病毒引起的腹泻也不容忽视,加强对腹泻流行病学的监测至关重要。
[Objective] To explore the types and epidemic features of pathogens in summer diarrhea patients in Shaoxing, Zhejiang coastal waters and counties, and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. [Method] Thirty samples of summer infectious diarrhea patients in Shaoxing, Zhejiang coastal waters, from June to September, 2010 were collected for routine detection of stool, bacterial culture and nucleic acid detection of common viruses. Clinical data of the patients were also analyzed. [Results] 92 strains of diarrheal bacteria were isolated from 300 diarrhea samples, the isolation rate was 30.67%, of which 33 strains (35.87%) were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 18 strains (19.57%) were Aeromonas hydrophila, Eleven cells (11.96%), eight strains of Proteus (8.70%) and six strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (6.52%). 59 positive samples of virus nucleic acid, the detection rate was 19.67%. Among them, 30 were Norovirus (50.85%), 19 (32.20%) were Rotavirus A and 10 (16.95%) were Sapporo virus. [Conclusion] Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Aeromonas aeruginosa were the main pathogenic bacteria causing bacterial diarrhea in the coastal water towns of Zhejiang Province. However, virus-induced diarrhea should not be neglected. It is very important to strengthen the epidemiological monitoring of diarrhea.
