我们浙江省第三建筑工程公司是一个有近5000名职工的大中型施工企业。实行经理负责制四年多来,我们不断深化内部改革,探索研究思想政治工作自身改革,建立新的格局,促进企业两个文明建设的不断发展。我公司思想政治工作研究会被评为省思想政治工作优秀研究会。经过这段时间的探索,我们初步建立了以经理为领导,以专职政工干部为骨干,以行政干部为主体,以党团员为基础,全员参加的思想政治工作新格局。一、强化行政干部的思想政治工作意识。
