锅炉的化学清洗,要求能除去新建锅炉在轧制、加工过程中形成的高温氧化轧皮以及在存放、运输、安装过程中所产生的腐蚀产物,焊渣和泥沙污染物等。锅炉化学清洗后,在金属表面形成一层致密的化学钝化膜,钝化膜可以有效的防止污垢的产生,并且能有效的对锅炉进行保护。在机组启动期间改善汽水品质,减少机组排污及启动时间。实践证明,开车前的化学清洗和钝化对生产的安全和经济效益有重要的意义。
The chemical cleaning of the boiler requires that the high temperature oxidation rolling skin formed during the rolling and processing of the new boiler and the corrosion products generated during storage, transportation and installation can be removed, and the welding slag and silt pollutants can be removed. After the chemical cleaning of the boiler, a dense chemical passivation film is formed on the metal surface, the passivation film can effectively prevent the generation of dirt, and the boiler can be effectively protected.
