2003年6月,我所对武汉钢铁(集团)公司炼铁厂1台200m~3氮气球罐(容器编号:Q109-02)进行内外部检验。在进行内外表面磁粉探伤抽查时发现罐体对接焊缝有表面裂纹,扩大抽查比例仍发现有表面裂纹,最后对球罐的罐体对接焊缝内外表面、人孔接管角焊缝、工卡具焊迹打磨部位等进行了100%的磁粉探伤,共发现裂纹48处,其中外表面18处,内表面30处,多数分布在焊缝热影响区,少数裂纹在焊缝上。经查阅球罐的制造和现场组焊资料,对该球罐裂纹的产生原因进行了分析,现将有关具体情况叙述如下。
