随着经济建设和国防建设事业的发展需要,我国先后试制成功了 YN-1(TK-25)型和 YN-30型内燃凿岩机。它是一种多机合成的复杂机器,尚待进一步的研究和掌握使用。本文拟就这两种内燃凿岩机的结构特征及其性能作一简要分析,为今后设计新型内燃凿岩机,提出一些参考意见,以供研究讨论。内燃凿岩机是由小型汽油机、凿岩机、压气机部件组成,可在岩石或矿石上进行钻凿向下、倾斜向下、水平和与水平成45°倾斜向上的炮眼,适用流动性较大的凿岩、破碎、捣实等工作。由于携带方便,动力单一,最适用于高山或偏避的无电源从不便于安设压风机地区,在40℃的酷热地带或-40℃严寒地区,均可正常工作,故适用范围很广。
With the development needs of economic construction and national defense construction, China successfully produced YN-1 (TK-25) type and YN-30 type internal combustion rock drills. It is a multi-machine synthesis complex machine, yet it needs further research and mastery. This paper intends to make a brief analysis of the structural characteristics and performance of these two internal combustion rock drills and propose some reference opinions for the future design of the new type of internal combustion rock drills for research and discussion. The internal combustion rock driller is composed of small gasoline engine, rock drill and compressor components. It can be drilled downward on rock or ore, tilted downwards, horizontally and at an angle of 45° to the horizontal. It is suitable for drilling with large mobility. , crushing, compaction and other work. Due to its convenient portability and single power, it is most suitable for high mountains or evasive power sources. It is never easy to install a pressure fan area. It can work normally in a hot zone of 40°C or a cold area of -40°C, so it has a wide range of application.
