目的:分析《护理礼仪》课程的在护理教育中开展的必要性,并探讨其教学模式及效果。方法:通过合理安排教学内容,采用多样化的教学方法,运用综合考核的方式,并对取得的教学成果进行初步的评价。结果:所有256名学生均顺利通过了我们的期末考核,通过调查问卷的方式得出,有92.6%学生认为该课程教学内容实用性强,有88.7%学生认为该课程的教学方法能明显提高学生的综合素质,有85.6%的学生认为该课程的学习能帮助他们更好地应对今后的临床工作。结论:《护理礼仪》课程的开展是当前医学模式的必然要求,通过该课程的学习能有效地促进学生综合素质的提高,提升临床护理工作的质量。
Objective: To analyze the necessity of nurse etiquette course in nursing education and to explore its teaching mode and effect. Methods: By reasonably arranging the teaching content, using a variety of teaching methods, the use of comprehensive assessment of the way, and made a preliminary assessment of the teaching results. Results: All 256 students passed our final exam successfully. According to the questionnaire, 92.6% of the students thought the content of the course was practical and 88.7% thought that the teaching method of the course could improve the students’ The overall quality, 85.6% of students believe that the learning of the course can help them better to cope with future clinical work. Conclusion: The development of nursing etiquette course is an inevitable requirement of the current medical model. Learning through this course can effectively promote the overall quality of students and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
