我院在山西五台和北京郊区怀采县試驗一种簡易的冰銅处理方法——焙燒——反应熔煉法。这种方法在技水上很簡便,不需要动力設备,适宜于中小型的土法煉铜厂处理冰铜。現將这一方法的技术操作实踐介紹如下。供各地参考。生产流程在这几次生产試驗中,我們將貧冰铜先經一次焙燒,放在鼓风爐內进行富集熔煉,然后以其2/3总量富冰銅放在燒結鍋內进行死燒,此后即与小于1/3总量未焙燒的富冰銅放在坩堝爐进行反应熔煉。如果鼓风爐产出的冰銅品位很高,达60%以上,那么这种冰銅可不必富集,而直接进行死燒,然后按同样步驟进行反应熔煉。这一方法的生产流程如左图。
