通过对重庆三所图书馆的457名馆员进行问卷调查,研究图书馆员自我效能感、职业倦怠与职业承诺的关系。结果显示:图书馆员的情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺三维度之间呈显著正相关;图书馆员的职业倦怠越严重,职业承诺水平越低;研究馆员和助理馆员的职业承诺水平显著高于馆员和副研究馆员;女性馆员的职业承诺水平显著高于男性馆员;图书馆员的职业倦怠、自我效能感、性别和职称因素是员工职业承诺水平的有效预测变量。
Through the questionnaire survey of 457 librarians in three libraries in Chongqing, the author studied the relationship between librarian self-efficacy, job burnout and job commitment. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the librarian’s emotional commitment, continuing commitment and the three dimensions of normative commitment; the more serious the job burnout of librarians, the lower the level of professional commitment; the professional commitment of librarians and assistant librarians Which is significantly higher than that of librarians and associate librarians. The occupational commitment of female librarians is significantly higher than that of male librarians. The job burnout, self-efficacy, gender and job title of librarians are effective predictors of occupational commitment.
