自2011年8月9日,全国新闻战线开展“走基层、转作风、改文风”活动以来,广大新闻工作者广泛响应、积极参与,迅速形成较大声势和规模。“蹲点”、“一线”、“民声”、“民情”、“体验”等有关贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近生活的“三贴近”栏目和挂牌板块出现在电视屏幕和报纸页端。事实证明,新闻媒体只有走向基层、和群众零距离,才能向社会奉献电视精品和报纸力作,新闻媒体才会有旺盛的生命力。本文结合青海省西宁电视台《夏都零距离》栏目多年的实践,对“走、转、改”如何走常态化、规范化、制度化做出思考分析。
