Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a common complication of diabetes. The occurrence and development of DR are influenced by many factors, of which the influence of blood lipids on DR has been the focus of medical and ophthalmologists. This article focuses on the level of lipid metabolism, to further explore its relationship with DR. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects From October 2011 to October 2012 due to DR hospitalization and physical examination confirmed DR patients a total of 115 cases as the case group (DR group), including 69 males and 46 females, with an average of Age (53 ± 10) years old.
