目的:研究肝细胞癌三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数与肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的相关性。方法:应用GE voluson 730三维彩色超声仪对29例肝细胞癌进行检查,采用三维彩色直方图技术定量测量血管指数(Vascularization index,Ⅵ),术后测定标本的免疫组化参数MVD、VEGF的表达。结果:肝细胞癌Ⅵ与免疫组化参数MVD、VEGF成线性正相关。结论:三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数对于评价肿瘤血管生成状况有意义。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between quantitative parameters of blood flow in three-dimensional color histogram of hepatocellular carcinoma and tumor microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods: 29 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were examined by GE voluson 730 three-dimensional color sonography. Vascularization index (Ⅵ) was quantitatively measured by three-dimensional color histogram technique. The expression of immunohistochemical parameters MVD and VEGF were measured after operation . Results: There was a linear correlation between Ⅵ of HCC and immunohistochemical parameters MVD and VEGF. Conclusion: The three-dimensional color histogram blood flow quantitative analysis of parameters for the evaluation of tumor angiogenesis status.
