In order to fully implement the 2011 Document No.1 of the Central Government and the 18th CPC National Congress, the Finance Department of Henan Provincial Department of Water Conservancy actively reported to Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission that the non-agricultural water supply price of water conservancy projects in Henan Province was far away from the actual cost of water supply. The difficulty and the current price of water in Henan Province and neighboring provinces, the gap between water prices, has been the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission attach great importance and support.
