华英参1井是塔里木华北风险区块上的第一口参数井,要求钻井液既要适应地层情况,保证顺利完钻,又要能及时发现和保护油气层.全井以聚合物一聚磺钻井液体系为基础,然后针对不同井段地层特点及施工要求及时加入各种必需的聚合物处理剂,并将聚合物处理剂配成胶液进行性能维护。进入三开井段后向体系内加入油溶性树脂和超细碳酸钙形成屏蔽暂堵式钻井液,实现了正压封堵,负压解堵,暂堵率达80%;并根据随钻地层孔隙压力监测值控制钻井液密度附加值在0.04—0.07之间,实现近平衡钻井。该井井下正常,施工顺利,从进入油气层到下尾管前通井,先后起下钻16趟,历时56d,每次下钻都一次到底,循环后效异常活跃,最高全烃含量达到90%,油气层得到了很好的保护。
