本文简单介绍了路面铣刨机的分类方法和用途,然后结合国内外的铣刨机最具代表性的行走系统进行了细致深入的分析。总结出液压机械混合传动的四种传动方式的优势和不足,对于传动性能、可靠性和作业效率进行了非常系统的比对。通过本文对液压传动系统的综合分析,无论是在安全方面还是性能方面,都是未来铣刨机的发展方向。
This article briefly introduced the classification method and application of pavement milling machine, and then carried out detailed and in-depth analysis with the most representative walking system of milling machine at home and abroad. Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the four transmission modes of hydraulic mechanical hybrid transmission, and makes a very systematic comparison of transmission performance, reliability and working efficiency. Through the comprehensive analysis of hydraulic drive system in this article, both in terms of safety and performance, are the future development of milling machine direction.
