本文报道国产Gd-DTPA双葡甲胺盐溶液对磁共振成象对比增强试验和毒性研究。Gd-DTPA双葡甲胺盐溶液经DIASONICS/MT磁共振影象仪体外增强试验和兔iv(0.1mmol/kg Gd-DTPA)肾扫描显象,均能测到Gd-DTPA有明显增强T_1信号值效果。大鼠iv Gd-DTPA的急性LD_50为12mmol/kg。ip Gd-DTPA(剂量1.5,3和6mmol/kg)每日1次连续14d的慢性毒性试验,未观察到Gd-DTPA对大鼠体重、摄食量、血象和生化指标测定有影响,但ip6mmol/kg Gd-DTPA组可见肾曲管上皮细胞和肝细胞有病理变化。
