目的研究珠江三角洲地区公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗后卫生状况,了解该地区集中空调清洗机构的清洗能力,预防和控制由于空调污染所引起的空气传播性疾病的传播和流行。方法2008年10月至2009年3月随机抽取广州、佛山(以下简称广佛地区)和深圳市公共场所10家,对清洗后的空调送风管道内表面积尘量、积尘中菌落总数、真菌总数和β-溶血性链球菌以及送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、菌落总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌进行检测。依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(以下简称《规范》)进行评价。结果广佛地区和深圳市公共场所集中空调送风管积尘量平均值分别为5.58 g/m2、3.63 g/m2,合格率分别为91.49%(43/47)、92.31%(36/39);送风系统中PM10平均值广佛地区超过《规范》0.88倍,其合格率为65.15%(43/66);在所检的集中空调送风管和送风系统中菌落总数、真菌总数及β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%;除PM10外,其他指标广佛地区和深圳市差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论被调查的珠三角部分地区公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗后卫生状况良好。
Objective To study the sanitary status of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in the Pearl River Delta and to understand the cleaning capability of centralized air conditioning and cleaning facilities in the area and to prevent and control the spread and prevalence of airborne diseases caused by air pollution.
