档案利用是档案发挥其自身价值的重要途径,档案部门及档案工作者应强化服务意识,建立利用机制,健全服务平台,提升服务能力和水平。本文中,笔者将从实现档案价值的角度探讨档案利用过程中档案工作者应转变的几个观念。 Archives utilization is an important way for archives to exert their own value. Archival departments and archivists should reinforce their sense of service, establish and utilize mechanisms, improve their service platforms and enhance service capabilities and standards. In this article, I will explore several concepts that archivists should change in the process of archives utilization from the perspective of realizing the value of archives.
