随着IT技术的高速发展及企业发展环境的快速变化,越来越多的企业利用信息技术来强化内部管理,以获得持续竞争力。但在许多企业,特别是中小企业中,信息系统的应用却仍然存在“水土不服”的困境,系统的应用效果与预期相差甚远。本文从通过对企业信息化管理中的主要问题进行探析,并从企业管理的角度提出调整、改进的办法,使信息化真正融入企业的日常经营管理,更好地为企业的经营管理服务。
With the rapid development of IT technology and the rapidly changing environment for enterprise development, more and more enterprises use information technology to strengthen their internal management so as to obtain sustainable competitiveness. However, in many enterprises, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, the application of information systems still exists “predicament”, and the application effect of the system is far from expected. This paper analyzes the main problems in the enterprise information management and puts forward the methods of adjustment and improvement from the point of view of the enterprise management so that the information can be truly integrated into the daily operation and management of the enterprise so as to better serve the management of the enterprise.
