用差热分析(Differential Thermal Analysis:DTA)与核磁共振(Nuclear Mag-netic Resonance:NMR)对梅花枝条木质部组织深度过冷水,以及过冷与冻害的关系进行了研究.结果表明:梅花的低温放热(Low temperature exotherm)是由木质部深度过冷水产生的;从 NMR 和 DTA 曲线中,能明显看到组织中水分结冰的不完全连续性,第一次结冰的组织水分约占55%,这是细胞间重力水结冰引起的;深度过冷水结冰发生在较低的温度区域,并与冻害密切相关.
The relationship between supercooling and frost damage was studied by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results showed that the hypothermia Low temperature exotherm is caused by sub-chilling depth of the xylem. From the NMR and DTA curves, it is evident that there is incomplete continuity of moisture in the tissue. The first frozen tissue moisture accounts for about 55% This is caused by the freezing of gravity water between cells. Deep freezing water freezing occurs in the lower temperature region and is closely related to frost damage.
