目的:通过观察玄芷镇痛片对硝酸甘油致偏头痛大鼠血液流变学、脑血流量的影响,以探讨其治疗偏头痛的作用机理。方法:大鼠皮下注射硝酸甘油造偏头痛模型,玄芷镇痛片高、中、低剂量进行干预,正天丸为阳性对照药物,用多谱勒激光探头(407)测试大鼠头部脑血流量;用SA5600自动血流变仪测定各项血液变学指标。结果:玄芷镇痛片能明显改善偏头痛大鼠的脑血流量,其治疗效果优于阳性对照组(P<0.05);玄芷镇痛片高、中、低剂量组均降低模型大鼠血液粘度和红细胞聚集指数,高剂量组效果更明显,且优于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玄芷镇痛片能有效改善偏头痛大鼠的脑血流量和异常血液流变学指标是其治疗偏头痛的作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xuanzhi Zhitong Tablet on the hemorheology and cerebral blood flow in nitroglycerin-induced migraine rats to explore its mechanism of action for treating migraine. Methods: Rats were subcutaneously injected with nitroglycerin to make migraine model. Xuanzhi analgesic tablet was given high, medium and low dose intervention. Zhengtian Pill was used as positive control drug. Doppler laser probe (407) Blood flow; using SA5600 automatic blood rheometer to measure various blood disorders. Results: Xuanzhi Zhoutong Tablet can significantly improve the cerebral blood flow in migraine rats, the treatment effect is better than the positive control group (P <0.05); Xuanzhi Zhitong Tablet high, medium and low dose groups were reduced model rats Blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, high-dose group effect is more obvious, and better than the positive control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xuanzhi Zhutong Tablet can effectively improve cerebral blood flow and abnormal hemorheology in migraine rats is one of the mechanisms of its treatment for migraine.
