贯众为较常用中药,具有清热解毒、驱虫的功能[1].中医传统还有驱邪除疫之说.商品贯众为多种蕨类植物的带叶柄的干燥根茎.据统计其原植物有5科31种,其中除<中华人民共和国药典>2000年版收载的绵马贯众外,紫萁贯众、苏铁蕨贯众、狗脊贯众、荚果贯众等在全国不同地区习用[2-4].2003年"非典"疫情流行之际,贯众药材用量急增,市场上曾一度脱销.笔者在对防治"非典"有关药物的专项监督检查过程中发现一种新的贯众混用品,当地称之"人头蕨",经
