作为建筑工程项目管理的重要组成部分,房地产管理主要是项目质量、合同、组织、费用、安全、工期等多方面管理因素的集合体,若要保证地产项目的经济效益、市场竞争力,就必须实施专业、系统、完善的管理与监控。对此,虽然我国房地产行业内已逐步建立并推行了一些管理工作流程与规范,但在实际的业务活动中受利益驱使、能力限制等诸多因素影响,仍不同程度的存在一些问题。本文就新时期做好房地产管理工作的若要思考进行分析、阐述。
