以ZY3800/15/30型两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,建立了掩护梁的结构优化设计模型,利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL,获得了掩护梁优化模型的求解,实现了掩护梁的重量减轻约6.53%,减重效果比较明显。该研究方法可推广到液压支架其他部件的结构优化设计,也为液压支架的整体结构优化提供了有益参考。
Taking the ZY3800 / 15/30 two-column shield type hydraulic support as the research object, the structural optimization design model of the shield beam is established. By using ANSYS parametric design language APDL, the optimization model of the shield beam is obtained, About 6.53% weight loss, weight loss effect is more obvious. The research method can be extended to other parts of the hydraulic support structure optimization design, but also for the hydraulic support the overall structure optimization provides a useful reference.
