目的探讨信息化管理进行压疮风险流程监控的效果。方法将2013、2014年出院的患者分别做为对照组和观察组,对照组采用纸质表单,逐级上报,手工分析统计数据;观察组利用办公自动化系统,采用信息化管理方法。比较两组在院内压疮、围术期压疮、高危患者发生压疮情况,以及对压疮的治疗效果进行比较。结果两组在院内压疮、围术期压疮、高危患者发生压疮情况,以及对压疮的治疗效果进行比较,χ2分别为4.459、50.297、29.666、9.379,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。观察组院内压疮、围术期压疮、高危患者发生压疮比例减少,压疮治疗效果提高。结论信息化管理手段可以动态便捷地监控与追踪,及时干预,规范的护理会诊流程,及得当的处理,不仅便于临床动态掌握全院科室压疮风险管理情况,还可以提高压疮护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of information management on the monitoring of pressure ulcer risk process. Methods Patients discharged from hospital in 2013 and 2014 were taken as control group and observation group. The control group was treated with paper form, escalated reporting and manual analysis of the statistical data. The observation group used the office automation system and the information management method. The pressure ulcers, perioperative pressure ulcers, pressure ulcers in high-risk patients were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effects of pressure ulcers were compared. Results The pressure ulcer in hospital, pressure ulcer in perioperative period, pressure ulcer in high-risk patients and the therapeutic effect of pressure ulcer were compared between the two groups (χ2 = 4.459, 50.297, 29.666, 9.379, respectively, P < 0.01 or P <0.05). Observation group pressure ulcers in hospital, perioperative pressure ulcers, pressure ulcers occurred in high-risk patients to reduce the proportion of pressure ulcer treatment increased. Conclusion The means of information management can dynamically and conveniently monitor and track, promptly intervene, standardize the nursing consultation process and handle it appropriately. It not only facilitates clinical dynamic grasp of pressure ulcer risk management, but also improves the quality of pressure ulcer care.
