应用彩色多普勒超声对15例睾丸扭转患者进行检查,结合手术病理情况,对声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:15例睾丸扭转患者均经手术病理证实,彩色多普勒诊断睾丸扭转符合率达100%。认为彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸扭转准确率高,可作为睾丸扭转的首选检查方法。
Fifteen cases of testicular torsion were examined by color Doppler sonography. The sonography was retrospectively analyzed with the operation and pathology. Results: Fifteen patients with testicular torsion were proved by operation and pathology. The coincidence rate of color Doppler diagnosis of testicular torsion was 100%. That the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of testicular torsion high accuracy, can be used as the preferred method of testicular torsion.
