B型利钠利尿肽 (BNP)是主要由心室分泌的含 32个氨基酸的肽 ,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管等作用。本文评价了近年来在 BNP研究中的一些新进展。国外已广泛开展床旁检测 ,用于评估心脏功能状况、危险分层、指导治疗等 ,并认为还没有哪项血液生化检查象 BNP这样强有力地指明诊断方向 ,在各种原因导致的心力衰竭和冠心病(尤其是急性冠脉综合征 )中有临床价值 ,而且将越来越受到临床医师的重视
B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is mainly composed of ventricular secretion of 32 amino acids of the peptide, with sodium, diuretic, dilation of blood vessels and so on. This article assesses some recent advances in BNP research.
