目的:为了探讨新疆维吾尔族人ApoA5基因-1131T>C基因变异的频率及对血脂水平的影响。方法:对145例经冠脉造影排除冠心病的维吾尔族患者,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析对ApoA5基因-1131T>C多态性进行检测,比较不同基因型与个体血脂水平的关系。结果:ApoA5-1131C等位基因的频率是33%。TT、TC和CC三种基因型中,TC型与CC型的血甘油三酯(TG)水平明显高于TT型,而以CC型的TG水平最高(P均<0.05),C携带者(TC+CC)较非C携带者(TT)的TG水平增高36.2%[(2.03±1.33)mmol/Lvs(1.49±1.06)mmol/L,P<0.05]。结论:维族人群的ApoA5-1131T>C基因变异较常见,-1131C等位基因与血TG水平增高有关。
Objective: To investigate the frequency of the -1131T> C gene mutation in ApoA5 gene and its effect on blood lipids in Xinjiang Uigur people. Methods: A total of 145 Uighur patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary angiography were enrolled in this study. The ApoA5 gene -1131T> C polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) Blood lipid levels. Results: ApoA5-1131C allele frequency was 33%. TT, TC and CC genotypes, TC and CC type of triglyceride (TG) levels were significantly higher than the TT type, while CC type TG (P <0.05), C carriers TC + CC) was 36.2% higher than that of non-C carrier (TT) [(2.03 ± 1.33) mmol / L vs (1.49 ± 1.06) mmol / L, P <0.05; CONCLUSION: ApoA5-1131T> C gene mutation is more common in Uighur population, and the -1131C allele is associated with increased serum TG levels.
