技术和知识体制定义了企业开展活动的特定知识环境,也限定了产业中的创新模式。熊彼特强调了创新和技术能力是追赶的驱动因素。本文认为,知识接触和学习是技术追赶成功的最重要因素,并讨论了产业知识体制和追赶可能性之间的关系。本文介绍了知识体制的测度,分类讨论了知识体制要素的含义,即与国外知识基础可接触性相关的要素,如物化技术转移和模块化程度,以及与学习可能性相关的要素,如隐性知识与技术周期,然后论述了知识体制下不同类型企业的选择。本文认为,不同的知识体制对追赶努力和绩效有不同的含义,追赶战略应主要考虑产业间知识体制的差异。
The technology and knowledge system defines the specific knowledge environment in which an enterprise conducts its activities and also defines the innovation model in the industry. Schumpeter stressed that innovation and technological capabilities are drivers of catch-up. This paper argues that knowledge contact and learning are the most important factors in the success of technology catching-up and discuss the relationship between industrial knowledge system and catch-up possibility. This paper introduces the measurement of knowledge system, and discusses the meaning of knowledge system elements, which are related to the accessibility of foreign knowledge bases, such as the transfer of physical and chemical technologies and the degree of modularization, as well as the elements related to learning possibilities, such as recessiveness Knowledge and technology cycle, and then discusses the choice of different types of enterprises under the knowledge system. This paper argues that different knowledge systems have different meanings to catch-up efforts and performance. The catch-up strategy should mainly consider the differences in knowledge systems among industries.
