This article reports the expression of C-erbB-2 gene protein and its relationship with clinicopathology in 176 cases of primary breast cancer, focusing on the value of C-erbB-2 expression in the evaluation of breast cancer. Materials and Methods I. Methods Specimens from our hospital from 1993 to 1996 underwent radical surgery and simple tumor resection. The routine pathology confirmed breast cancer. All specimens were fixed with 10% formalin.
