南通工商局在去年成功查处全国首例“苹果”维修商利用合同格式条款侵害消费者合法权益案的基础上,开展对苹果等电子产品企业利用合同格式条款侵害消费者权益行为的专项执法行动,检查手机经销商57家、苹果等电子产品维修企业25家,抽查售后维修协议、维修报告单、随附协议等相关格式条款合同83份,涉及苹果、三星、摩托罗拉、HTC、华为、联想、金立等16个品牌。通过专项行动发现,此类由民事纠纷引发的合同问题,暴露了立法滞后、监管不足、维权艰难等现实的社会现象。

Through the special operation, it was found that such contractual issues triggered by civil disputes have exposed the current social phenomena such as lagging legislation, inadequate supervision and difficult rights protection.
