去年,我国部分省市遭受百年未遇的特大洪涝灾害后。那里的村民房屋也遭到不同程度的破坏。从受损房屋和村民建房时一些特点可以看出,原来砌筑时由于众多不利因素的存在,造成了房屋结构整体刚度的减弱,加之洪水的到来,房屋的崩塌和不安定因素就成了可能。目前,洪水虽已退去,但由于基础和部分墙身很长一段时间曾受洪水的浸泡和冲蚀,有些房屋虽说看上去不成问题,但隐患仍潜伏着,必须引起各级领导和建设部门的工程技术人员高度重视并为之解决、处理好。
