目的探讨机械法辅助孵化联合囊胚培养对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的影响。方法:将新鲜周期符合辅助孵化(AH)适应症的221个周期随机分为三组:A组:第3天胚胎行机械法AH后继续培养至囊胚期移植;B组:第3天胚胎行机械法AH后移植;C组:第3天胚胎不行AH直接移植。结果:三组的优胚率、流产率相互比较无统计学差异;A组的移植胚胎数少于B、C组;A组与B组的临床妊娠率相比较无统计学差异,均高于C组;A组的胚胎种植率高于B、C两组,B、C两组相比较无统计学差异;A组的多胎率低于B、C两组,B、C两组相比较无统计学差异。结论:机械法辅助孵化联合囊胚培养能有效提高IVF-ET的临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率,降低多胎率。
Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical assisted hatching combined with blastocyst on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods: The 221 cycles of fresh cycle accorded with auxiliary hatching (AH) indications were randomly divided into three groups: group A: embryos on the third day were mechanically cultured until AH after blastocyst stage AH; and group B: embryos on the third day Line mechanical method after AH transplantation; C: Day 3 embryos not AH direct transplantation. Results: There was no significant difference in the rate of excellent embryo and abortion among the three groups. The number of embryos transferred in group A was less than that in group B and C. The clinical pregnancy rates in group A and group B were not significantly different Group C; Group A embryo implantation rate was higher than B, C two groups, B, C two groups compared no significant difference; A group of multiple birth rate was lower than B, C two groups, B, C two groups compared no Statistical differences. Conclusion: The mechanical assisted incubation combined with blastocyst culture can effectively improve the IVF-ET clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate, reduce the multiple birth rate.
