研究了蒺藜中薯蓣皂甙元含量的 TLCS 测定方法。以硅胶 G 为薄层吸附剂,氯仿—醋酸乙酯(9:1)为展开剂,分离薯蓣皂甙元,以茴香醛—冰醋酸—硫酸(1:100:2)为显色剂;用 CS—930薄层扫描仪,在λ_s=433nm,λ_R=480nm 波长处测定含量。本法的平均加标回收率为100.89%,同一样品5次独立测定的变异系数为1.4%。
The TLCS determination method for the content of diosgenin in Chinese wolfberry was studied. Silicone G was used as a thin layer adsorbent and chloroform-ethyl acetate (9:1) as a developing agent to separate diosgenin, anisaldehyde-glacial acetic acid-sulfuric acid (1:100:2) as a color developer; A 930 thin layer scanner was used to determine the content at a wavelength of λ_s = 433 nm and λ_R = 480 nm. The average recovery rate of this method is 100.89%, and the coefficient of variation of five independent determinations of the same sample is 1.4%.
