各省、自治区、直辖市总工会,各全国产业工会,中共中央直属机关工会联合会、中央国家机关工会联合会: 《中国工运》杂志是中华全国总工会的机关刊物,是工会重要的思想宣传舆论阵地,在宣传江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想和党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领、基本方针,指导工会工作方面,发挥着十分重要的作用。为做好2003年度《中国工运》的发行订阅工作,特提出如下要求: 一、加强对《中国工运》发行订阅工作的组织领导。及时发行、订阅《中国工运》,是各级工会组织的一项重要任务;充分运用工会报刊指导和推动工作,是各级工会领导干部应掌握的重要工作方法。各级工会要把订阅好《中国工运》作为一项重要任务纳入重要议事日程,明确工作责任,加强检查督促,落实征订任务。 二、努力扩大《中国工运》的发行覆盖面,着力抓好新建企业工会的订阅工作。近几年来,新建企业工会组织发展很快,但许多新建企业工会干部看不到全总机

In order to do a good job of issuing and subscribing for the “China Workers’ Movement Movement” in 2003, the following special requirements are put forward: First, to strengthen the organization and leadership over the issuance and subscription of the “China National Movement”. The timely issuance and subscription of “Chinese Workers’ Movement” is an important task for the trade union organizations at all levels. The trade unions at all levels should make good the subscription to the “Chinese Workers’ Movement Movement” as an important task in the important agenda, clarify their work responsibilities, step up inspections and supervisions, and implement the tasks of requisitioning. Second, efforts should be made to expand the coverage of the issuance of the “China Shipping Movement” and focus on the subscription work for the newly established trade unions.
