近些年来,国有企业职务腐败大案要案大幅上升,不仅给社会造成巨大经济损失,而且影响着社会正常生活的和谐稳定。据统计,自2004年至2007年,中国检察机关共查处了16.9万起企业腐败案件,涉案金额达238亿元,国企职务犯罪的人数达5200人。天津市作为北方最大的沿海开放城市和北方经济中心,拥有上千家国有企业,国企数量及所占比重位居全国前茅。自2007年至2011年四年间,天津市共查办职务犯罪1554件,有罪判决1425人,为国家挽回经济损失8.5亿元。2011年到2013年,全市立案侦查贪污贿赂等职务犯罪案件分别为260件
In recent years, the major case of major corruption in the state-owned enterprises has risen sharply, not only causing huge economic losses to the society, but also affecting the harmonious and stable normal life of the society.
