以马来酸酐和次亚磷酸钠为原料合成了一种清垢剂的主剂,合成最佳工艺条件为:原料摩尔比为1∶1,反应温度为90℃,引发剂的加入量为主剂量的2%,反应时间为2小时,将合成的主剂与HC l、HL-303缓蚀剂进行复配,研制出了新型SW-2型清垢剂,通过实验室评价和在中原油田文108-1井的现场评价,表明该清垢剂有良好的效果。
A maleic anhydride and sodium hypophosphite as raw materials to synthesize a detergent agent, the optimum synthesis conditions: raw material molar ratio of 1: 1, the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, the amount of initiator based 2% of the dosage and a reaction time of 2 hours. The main agent synthesized was mixed with HC1 and HL-303 corrosion inhibitors to develop a new type of SW-2 type cleaner, which was evaluated by laboratory and used in Zhongyuan Oilfield Field evaluation of Well Man 108-1 shows that the cleaner has a good effect.
